4 SESSION CONSULTATION PACKAGE

• WEEK 1 - Initial consultation 2 hours REFLECT 
  Join me in taking a well deserved reflection at your life in a 2 hour consultation. We will take time to reflect on the past, present and future. I will then ask you to reflect on what aspects of your life do you feel that you could adjust to revive yourself to a better quality of life.
• WEEK 2 - 1.5 hour REVIEW 
  We will review different domains in your life discussing previous injuries, traumas, stresses, activities, daily posture, diet, sleeping patterns and other unconscious daily patterns.
• WEEK 3 - 1.5 hour REVIVE / REFRESH
  It's time to refresh yourself holistically & integrate your life with embodying yourself with the news ways you have been advised.
• WEEK 4 - 1.5 hour
  REFLECT, REVIEW and REVIVE / REFRESH
