The breath, as the initiator of movement has the capacity to prevent injury, to increase oxygen, and expel carbon monoxide. As the foundation to good health, the breath leads to healing and the avoidance of health issues through healthy functions of the diaphragm as they relate to the lower back, abdomen and pelvic region which is key to women’s health.

I have been consulting, treating, educating and healing in sports therapy, osteopathy, pilates rehabilitation instructor and many other modalities for 28 years.
